What type of investments does White Hat Servicing manage?

We are a loan servicing company set up to assist Private Mortgage Lenders and Sellers who offer a seller carry-back to a buyer, in ensuring their investments are protected and all regulations followed.
What does a loan servicer do?
A loan servicer manages an investment you make, much like a property manager manages a rental property. A loan servicer manages your loans or investments. Specifically, a full-servicing loan servicer handles the monthly payments, monitors property taxes & property insurance, handles non-paying borrowers, any non-modifications or extensions to the loan, etc. Not all servicing companies provide full-servicing, but here at White Hat Servicing, we do.
What sets White Hat Servicing apart from other loan servicing companies?

Yes, you can transfer existing investments to White Hat Servicing. White Hat Servicing can service private investments originating from any company. There may be a cost to transfer loan servicing, so you would want to check with your existing Servicer for any fees.
How can I monitor the performance of my investments?
White Hat Servicing provides a dedicated tracking portal for investors to monitor performance and review reports.
Will I be informed if there are any issues with my investments?
White Hat Servicing uses a proactive approach to keep you informed of any issues and the steps being taken to resolve them. You will be informed by one of our Loan Servicing Administrators if there are any issues and what is being done/can be done to resolve them.
Does White Hat Servicing offer loan servicing for Private Lenders?
Yes, White Hat Servicing specializes in the servicing of Private Loans for Private Money Lenders, and we would be happy to assist you with the management of your investments.
What happens if a borrower defaults on their loan and needs to be Foreclosed on?
White Hat Servicing manages private loans from inception all the way through a default, or Foreclosure if needed. We will work with you from start to finish.
